All products are sold by local businesses in Mossel Bay, curated through our marketplace.


Vendors send their products to our depot, where we consolidate and ship your entire order in one parcel.


Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Local deliveries are R65 (up to 10kg).

Standard delivery is 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the vendor’s processing time.

Yes, you may choose “Collect from Depot” at checkout if you prefer.

Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item, and we’ll arrange with the vendor for a replacement or refund.

Yes! Your order will be consolidated at our depot so you only pay one shipping fee.


You can message a vendor through their store page (inquiry button), but all orders and payments must go through the marketplace for your protection.


You can register by clicking the “Become a Vendor” button on our homepage. Accept our T&C’s, fill in your details, upload your business information, and once approved, you’ll get access to your own store dashboard.

There are no setup or monthly fees. We take a 15% commission on each sale to cover platform, payment processing, and marketing costs.

We welcome most locally made or sourced products. Some items (e.g., hazardous goods, illegal products) are prohibited. Please review our Product Policy for details.


Once your vendor account is approved, you will receive a welcome letter with a downloadable PDF with basic guidelines on how to get started.

All orders are sent through our central depot at 49 March Street. You deliver your sold items to the depot within 1 business day (or arrange collection if available), and we handle packaging and final delivery to customers.

 


We pay vendors weekly via EFT. Your commission will already be deducted, so you receive your net sales amount.

You can view all your orders, best sellers, and earnings in real time through your vendor dashboard.


Yes, vendors can create their own sales and coupons through the dashboard. You may also join site-wide promotions run by the marketplace.

The vendor is responsible for replacing broken items and covering the associated shipping fees.

We provide setup guides, product photography tips, and email/WhatsApp support for any technical or operational queries.
